Boater Education - Instructor Lead Class
- Pre-registration is required for all classes
(register online or by calling 1-800-277-4301)
- Bring a #2 pencil and Social Security Number to the class
- All boater education courses are free, unless noted on calendar
- Anyone under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a Guardian.
- If there are not courses in your area, online boater education courses are available in two formats.
- Online - Boat Ed Course - ($29.50 fee paid after passing the test)
- Video Course - ($24.95 fee to take course and send in test answer sheet)
- You may also obtain a home study course by calling 1-800-830-2268 or going online to www.boat-ed.com/sc/index.htm if there isn't a class that's convenient.
