September 8, 2014Pee Dee Scenic Rivers public opinion survey report available
The S.C. Department of Natural Resources (DNR) and Pee Dee Scenic River Advisory Council completed a public opinion survey in June 2014 to obtain citizen input for a management plan being developed for two adjoining State Scenic River sections. A report summarizing results of the survey is now available and will be used to shape goals and objectives of the river management plan to address the Great Pee Dee Scenic River and the Little Pee Dee Scenic, both of which extend south of U.S. Highway 378.
