The South Carolina Aquatic Plant Management Council will meet 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 26 at the Belfast Plantation house at Belfast Wildlife Management Area, 9830 Highway 56 South, Kinards, S.C. 29355. The meeting is open to the public.
Anyone with business for the council or needing directions to the meeting place should contact Chris Page at the S.C. Department of Natural Resources by email at pagec@dnr.sc.gov. To provide for an efficient meeting and to allow time, any members of the public wishing to address the Council should contact Chris Page so that anyone who would like to speak can be placed on the agenda. The major topic of discussion will be the finalization of the 2020 Aquatic Plant Management Plan, based on more detailed analysis by the Council and the public comments received. The public comment period closes on February 23, 2020.
