Specific Regulations for Lake Jocassee
- Lakes Blalock, Greenwood, Jocassee, Marion, Monticello, Moultrie, Murray, Secession, Wateree, Wylie, and the middle reach of the Saluda River and the upper reach of the Santee River—no largemouth bass less than 14 inches in total length.
- On Lake Jocassee, there is a three fish combined total possession limit for all trout species.
- On Lake Jocassee from October 1 through May 31, there is a 15 inch minimum size limit except only one of the three fish may be more than 20 inches per person per day.
- Artificial lures and bait can be used when fishing for trout except on Lake Jocassee, it is unlawful to use or possess corn, cheese, fish eggs, or imitations of them.
