Successful hunters will report to McBee WMA at 9:00 am for check in and for an orientation program. Hunters unable to report at 9:00 am should notify SCDNR personnel (843) 661-4768. McBee WMA is in Chesterfield county just east of the Lynches River. From McBee, SC, go 4 miles south on US Hwy 1 and turn left on SR 296 (Old Creek Road). The McBee WMA check-in/out is at the shop area 2 miles on the left.
Hunting must end by 4:30 p.m., and hunters must vacate the property by 5:00 p.m. each day.
All hunting will be accomplished by walking. Hunters will provide their own dogs and equipment during hunts.
The limit of quail will
be a total of 10 birds per hunting party. Hunters will be allowed to load no more
than (3) shells per gun at any one time.
All hunts are a one day hunt.

Bobwhite Hills WMA is located ~ 9 miles north of Sumter. From Sumter take US 521 N, turn right on Camden HWY (3.6 miles), turn right onto Black River Rd (2.3 miles), turn right onto SC 441 N (0.1 mile), turn left onto Live Oak Rd, parking will be on the right ~ 2.5 miles up the road. From Camden, take Black River Rd South (9.5 miles), turn left onto Pisgah Rd (0.3 miles), continue onto Springhill Rd (3.1 miles), turn right onto Rembert Church Rd (1.2 miles), continue straight onto St. Phillips Rd (3.2 miles), continue onto Live Oak Rd (0.4 miles), parking will be on the left.
