Boat landing reopens at Samworth Wildlife Management Area in Georgetown CountyAugust 15, 2016

The boat landing at Samworth Wildlife Management Area on the Pee Dee River in Georgetown County has reopened. The boat ramp had been closed since June 29 for construction of a new boat ramp.

The S.C. Department of Natural Resources (DNR) Office of Engineering oversaw the construction project.
