DNR Public Lands Regulations

The SC Department of Natural Resources Rules and Regulations for Heritage Preserves and Wildlife Management Areas (WMA) are printed after the end of the legislative session. The printed publication 2015-2016 Rules and Regulations (PDF file size 18MB) is available in the Adobe PDF file format. The rules and regulations are released prior to some late legislation or regulation changes; therefore, any discrepancy between this publication and any statute or regulation shall be governed by the statute or regulation. Also, errors sometimes appear in the publication and news releases are published to clarify these situations.
