Main Purpose:
The Administration Division (AD) supports all divisions and programs of the S.C. Department of Natural Resources. AD provides agency-wide support in the areas of procurement, finance, budgets, administering County Water Recreational and County Game and Fish funds, mail services, document management, and information technology. The division also has the responsibility of administering all agency funds, including federal, state and other revenue sources. The division is accountable for the agency's fixed asset system, which includes property inventory management and the disposal of surplus equipment.

The Watercraft Titling and Registration Section provides customer service for more than 400,000 registered watercraft and outboard motors. The Licensing Section provides sales of hunting and fishing licenses through direct sales, more than 500 license agents, a toll-free number and internet sales. Residents applying for special disability and lifetime licenses should contact the SCDNR at the Market, West Columbia office. DNR offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
