SCDNR Board Meeting Minutes
Workshop
The Board of the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources held a workshop at 10:00 am, October 22, 2020 at Wateree Heritage Preserve, Eastover, SC. Notice of the date, time and place of the workshop was posted and mailed to the news media. Members present included Chairman Norman Pulliam, Dr. Mark Hartley, Mike Hutchins, Jerry Lee, Carlisle Oxner, Jake Rasor, Jr. and Duane Swygert. Director Boyles and staff members of the Department of Natural Resources were present at the workshop.
The Board received presentations or reports on the following items: Dewees Island Conservation Easement, License Research, Advisory Committee Policy: Membership and Terms, Govdelivery subscriptions and 2021 Legislation.
Chairman Pulliam appointed a committee to review the license research and prepare a recommendation for the next meeting. The Committee consists of Mike Hutchins, Chairman; Dr. Mark Hartley and Duane Swygert.
Time and Location of Next Board Meeting
The next meeting will be held on November 19, 2020.
