Reedy River
Site Captain Blake Visin with the Western Carolina Regional Sewer Authority coordinated this hearty group of volunteers on (and in) the Reedy River in the Greenville area. The group yielded 124 tires and approximately 3,000 pounds of litter were removed from the Reedy. Veteran site captain, Blake Visin reported that the number of tires found this year was down from their average yield of 150 tires/year.
