due to poor road conditions. Access to the shed and kiosk will be available. Please observe all posted signs and barricades.
Some roads on the Jocassee Gorges WMA are closed due to fallen trees from Hurricane Irma.
The entrances at Camp Adger, Shooting Tree and Laurel Valley are open to vehicular traffic. Roads open include Camp Adger, Shooting Tree and Cane Creek Roads. Horsepasture
Road is open from Laurel Valley to Jumping Off Rock. Roads closed include all roads in Oconee County, Canebreak, Dawkins Flat and the portion of Horsepasture Road west
of Jumping Off Rock. The Oconee County roads will take several weeks to clear. Visitors are cautioned to be on the lookout for additional fallen trees and 4-wheel drive
vehicles are recommended.
Waccamaw River HP WMA has limited vehicle access until further notice due to severe erosion
and water on roads. These roads will be open to vehicle traffic once water recedes and road repairs are made.
