Partial Closure Rescission - Except Georgetown and Horry Counties

Governor McMaster issued Executive Order 2018-35 which provides an updated list of state government offices (to include state-supported colleges, universities, and technical colleges) and school closures.

According to the Order, state government offices in Georgetown and Horry counties are the only ones to remain closed except for those emergency, governmental, or essential personnel whose presence their agency director deems necessary.

State employees who work in other counties should adhere to normal state procedure, following county closures for inclement weather listed on the South Carolina Emergency Management Division's website.
