Freshwater Fishing Bills Information

Two bills, signed into law February 1, 2012 by Governor Haley, that regulate freshwater fishing will go effective July 1, 2012. The goals of these laws are to promote consistency and modernize the statutes to ensure proper management of our aquatic resources.
