Cooking Demo & Book Signing with Hank Shaw May 9, 2018

Honest food? You betcha!

That's what Hank Shaw is providing at this cooking demo and book signing event sponsored by SCDNR, Tall Timbers, and the S.C. Bobwhite Initiative.

Enjoy cold beverages and hors d' oeurvres, sample a unique quail recipe, and witness the cooking demo hosted by the 2013 James Beard Award winner.

All proceeds will benefit the S.C. Bobwhite Initiative, and a portion of the sales of Hank Shaw's book Pheasant, Quail, Cottontail will go to Quail Forever.
